Pre-construction Manager I am recruiting for a Pre-construction Manager to join a client of mine in the Derby area they are a Tier1 main contractor who specialise in Dfe, MOD HMP AND MOJ projects. The company are rapidly expanding and have some extremely high-end projects coming up. Role and responsibilities: Overseeing the pre-construction team Reporting into the Pre- Construction Director Organize, oversee, and facilitate pre-bid and bid meetings. Being involved in the handover process as and when jobs are won and go live Facilitate post-bid and scope evaluation meetings. Requirements: Experience working for a main contractor Experience on Education, MOD, HMP, MOJ projects Construction background as a Pre-construction Manager Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages The role involves traveling Salary and benefits: Salary up to 90,000 this will be based on experience.
