Reporting to the Pre-Construction Director, you will manage projects from EOI and tender stage through to negotiation and contract award, working closely with clients, consultants, designers, supply chain partners and internal teams. You will be responsible for developing the bid strategy, construction methodology, programme and design approach to deliver a commercially viable and best-value solution. Key Responsibilities Review tender information and develop the overall bid strategy. Lead and coordinate bid submissions, including writing, reviewing and identifying key differentiators.
