Reporting to the  Pre-Construction Director , you will manage projects from  EOI and tender stage through to negotiation and contract award , working closely with clients, consultants, designers, supply chain partners and internal teams. You will be responsible for developing the bid strategy, construction methodology, programme and design approach to deliver a commercially viable and best-value solution. Key Responsibilities Review tender information and develop the overall  bid strategy . Lead and coordinate bid submissions, including writing, reviewing and identifying key differentiators.
