Tier 1 Main ContractorPre Construction Manager - Cladding, Facades and EWI Baildon 65,000- 80,000 + Car Allowance Summary of Position:The Pre-Construction Manager leads the front-end delivery of fa ade and cladding remediation schemes, ensuring projects are technically compliant, commercially robust, and fully prepared for safe and efficient site mobilisation. The role bridges design, commercial, and operational functions to secure and de-risk projects prior to construction commencement. Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects from initial enquiry and tender through to contract award and operational handoverReview tender information, specifications, drawings and consultant reports to identify risks and opportunitiesManage design development across fa ade, glazing, EWI, recladding and fire remediationCoordinate architects, fire engineers, structural engineers, Building Control and specialist consultantsDevelop, review and amend pre-construction programmes using Asta PowerprojectProgramme design, approvals, procurement and mobilisation, with high-level construction timelines developed alongside OperationsCoordinate Building Safety Act and Gateway 2 requirements with the Principal DesignerEnsure compliance with Building Regulations, fire safety requirements and relevant fa ade standardsLead value engineering and identify technical, commercial and programme risksSupport pricing, procurement, supply-chain engagement and subcontractor appointmentsCoordinate subcontractor designs, ..... full job details .....
