A prestigious Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking a driven Pre-Construction Manager to lead multi-million-pound bids from early tender through to PCSA and main contract award across the North West and Yorkshire.The Role and Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Bid Strategy: Lead single and two-stage tender strategies from initial EOI to main contract award, shaping buildability, win strategies, and key differentiators.PCSA Leadership: Direct second-stage PCSA deliverables, coordinating design management, commercial strategy, risk registers, planning approvals, and profit plans.Hands-on Submission Ownership: Write, review, and assemble high-quality bid content while leading multidisciplinary teams across design, commercial, and planning.Client and Supply Chain Engagement: Build strong relationships with local authorities, clients, designers, and Northern supply chains, leading mid- and post-tender interview presentations.Site and Buildability Evaluation: Conduct site visits across the Northern region to identify build constraints, logistics, and sequencing improvements.What You BringProven Pre-Con Track Record: 5+ years in pre-construction ..... full job details .....
