The Role We are recruiting for a technically-led Pre-Construction Manager to act as the strategic bridge between initial enquiry and project award. This is a senior individual contributor position where you will serve as the technical "gatekeeper," ensuring that proposed fire safety solutions are compliant, deliverable, and commercially viable. Key Responsibilities: Manage the pre-construction cycle from inquiry through to contract award, ensuring all remediation strategies meet rigorous statutory obligations.Act as the technical authority during the quoting and closing stages to navigate complex regulatory requirements.Collaborate with the sales team to design technically robust solutions that optimise project Gross Profit (GP) and project viability.Oversee the technical handover to operations, ensuring a seamless transition and maintaining presence on-site for technical sign-offs.
