As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Preconstruction Manager to lead our early-stage project planning, tendering, and client engagement activities. The Role The Preconstruction Manager will oversee and coordinate all preconstruction activity across multiple live tenders and pipeline projects. This role is critical to securing new work and ensuring the delivery teams are set up for success from day one. You will work closely with estimating, design, and planning colleagues to develop competitive bids, ensure technical accuracy, and maintain Marcon s reputation for quality, compliance, and collaboration.
