We are looking for somebody who has experience within Social Housing Planned Works, Regeneration, and complex refurbishment schemes involving fire safety, structural remediation, and building compliance works. The primary focus of this role will be to assist in the preparation of an outline project approach setting forth preliminary goals which include overall scope of work, design intent, preliminary budget, programme, compliance strategy, and assignment of project team structure and responsibilities.
