Key Duties Within This Role; Producing compelling project pitch to clients and strategizing best route to winProducing estimates for additional works and variations to contractsDetailed budgeting to ensure projects can be delivered within financial targetsMaximizing GP on job through thorough understanding of project specification and requirementsExecuting project delivery strategy up to commencement of the construction phase including design/scope/specification and initial project programEffective client communication throughout the pre-construction phaseIdentifying and mitigating risk to the business at all stages withing the pre-construction phaseManage and maintain client forecasted revenue against contract value (MTC) Candidate Profile; Design and Build experienceExpert knowledge of the requirements of relevant technical standards across all disciplinesDemonstrated knowledge of Health and safety standardsCommercial awarenessFire and Life Safety ExpertiseManaged multiple successful projects varying in size, value and complexityExperience with project pitchesSub-contractor negotiation and selectionEstimating and budget productionAbility to read and understand drawings and specificationsSuperior organizational, ..... full job details .....
