Pre construction manager

We are looking for a Pre-Construction Manager to join a MandE contractor to support the delivery of building projects in and around Manchester. In this role, you will manage the pre-construction phase, coordinating design, cost planning, and bid preparation to ensure projects are well planned, cost effective, and aligned with client requirements.
