An experienced Pre-Construction Manager - Essex-based - is required asap for a fast-growing Design and Build company. Applicants are required to have a minimum of 5 years relevant, pre-construction experience, proven between design and build and design and projects. Sectors of experience to include healthcare/education/government works value up to 2m.
