Pre-Construction Manager If you''re a construction professional who enjoys understanding how projects come together and you''re ready to have more influence over what happens before work starts on site this could be an excellent next step.We''re looking for a Pre-Construction Manager to join a growing major projects team, working on a range of significant construction and infrastructure projects.This is a role with plenty of variety. You''ll be involved in projects at an early stage, helping to turn initial concepts and client requirements into practical, buildable and commercially sound proposals.Importantly, we''re not looking for someone who has spent their entire career in pre-construction.You could already be working in pre-construction and looking to take the next step, but equally, you might be a Site Engineer, Project Engineer or other construction professional who has developed a solid understanding of how projects are delivered and now wants to move into the front end of the process.What you''ll be doingYou''ll become part of the team responsible for getting projects ready to build.Working with colleagues across the business, you''ll help develop solutions, test proposals and make sure the detail behind a project stacks up before it reaches site.Your day-to-day involvement could include: Getting involved in projects from early-stage development and tender through to handover to the delivery teamReviewing drawings, specifications and other technical ..... full job details .....
