Pre-Construction Manager - Commercial Fit Out

Pre-Construction Manager £70,000 £90,000 + package London / Home Counties We are currently working with a highly regarded and well-established main contractor specialising in commercial interior fit-out and refurbishment who are looking to appoint an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join their team. The Role As Pre-Construction Manager, you will play a key role in taking projects from early-stage opportunity and tender through to a successful handover to the delivery team. You will work closely with clients, consultants, designers, estimators, commercial teams, project managers and specialist subcontractors to ensure projects are thoroughly developed, commercially viable and set up for successful delivery. Key Responsibilities Managing the pre-construction process from initial tender through to project commencement. Reviewing drawings, specifications and design information to identify risks, opportunities and buildability considerations. Working closely with estimating and commercial teams to develop competitive and robust tenders. Developing and managing pre-construction programmes.
