The role will be split approximately: 50% Design and Build Tender Management 50% Design Development and Project Support This is primarily an office-based role, with regular visits to prospective sites, client meetings, consultant meetings, and supply chain partners across London and the Southeast. Tender and Bid Management Review tender documentation and client requirements. Assess project risks, opportunities and constraints during tender stage. Prepare tender programmes and pre-construction schedules. Coordinate and manage the tender process from receipt to submission. Liaise with clients, consultants, architects and design teams.
