Pre-Construction Manager Commercial Fit-Out Location: Bristol Sector: Commercial Fit-Out / Desnign and Build Position: Pre-Construction Manager Employment: Permanent We are working with an established and highly regarded commercial workplace design and build contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join their London team. The business specialises in delivering high-quality CAT A, CAT A+ and CAT B commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, working with clients from the initial concept and feasibility stages through pre-construction, design, commercial management and ultimately project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong commercial or Quantity Surveying background who has progressed, or is looking to progress, into a broader Pre-Construction Manager position. The Role As Pre-Construction Manager, you will take a key role in projects during the early stages, helping turn client requirements and design concepts into commercially viable, buildable projects. You will work closely with the estimating, commercial, design and operational teams to develop accurate proposals and ensure projects are properly planned before progressing to site.
