The company undertakes high-quality commercial and leisure refurbishment projects across the UK, with projects ranging up to 15M The company is looking for an experienced pre-construction manager to lead and take projects from inception to development. You will play a critical role in the planning and preparation phase of a project, ensuring that everything is properly set up before construction work begins. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in and be the face of the company, shaping projects from concept through to passing the project to the delivery team. Key Responsibilities Lead the pre-construction phase of commercial fit-out projects, including feasibility studies, cost planning, and risk assessment. Work alongside the Estimator and present the tender. Liaise with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure project objectives and budgets are met. Provide technical support and commercial advice to the senior management and project teams. Drive value engineering initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities.
