Position: Pre-Construction Manager - Civil EngineeringLocation: Birmingham / Midlands Salary: Up to 110,000 - 115,000 DOEWorking Arrangement: Office / Project BasedEmployment Type: PermanentHaving been established for over 20 years, the business has developed into one of the UK''s leading self-delivering contractors, successfully delivering complex groundworks, enabling works and heavy civil engineering projects ranging from 1 million to 80 million across infrastructure, defence, energy and major regeneration sectors.Following its transition to an Employee Ownership Trust, the business is continuing to invest heavily in its people and future growth. As part of this expansion, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Pre-Construction Manager, with Birmingham / the Midlands the preferred location, although exceptional candidates based in London will also be considered.This is not a traditional bid-led Pre-Construction Manager position. The role is approximately 30% tender/pre-construction and 70% post-tender/pre-delivery, taking technically complex projects beyond tender through PCSA and Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and developing them into construction-ready schemes.
