Our Planned Works and Projects team is growing, and we''re looking for an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join us in Stratford, East London. This is a key role, responsible for managing the pre-construction phase of planned refurbishment, elevational remediation and capital works projects, ensuring schemes are fully developed, accurately costed and ready for successful delivery. What you''ll be doing You''ll work closely with operational, commercial and bid teams to develop projects from initial enquiry through to mobilisation. Responsibilities include: Managing the pre-construction process across planned works and refurbishment projects. Reviewing specifications, drawings and tender documentation. Coordinating surveys, site investigations and technical assessments. Developing programmes, methodologies and construction proposals.
