Pre-Construction Lead

Our Client is a widely respected main building contractor who are looking to recruit a Pre-Construction Lead to oversee their work winning team of bid managers/writers, estimators and support staff.

Projects range across the whole building sector and will include Healthcare, Retail, Commercial and Educational projects for both public and private sector clients, ranging from -500k to -15m in value.

Candidates will have extensive experience of the preconstruction process, will be from a technical construction background, preferably Estimating or Quantity Surveying, have extensive knowledge of the North West construction market and the key frameworks that operate in this area.
