You will play a pivotal role in transforming project concepts into commercially robust, procurement-ready packages that can be seamlessly handed over for delivery.The OpportunityWorking closely with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Procurement and Commercial teams, you will lead the development of scopes, specifications, tender documentation and procurement packages, helping to accelerate the delivery of critical capital investment programmes across the borough.
