Pre-Construction Director role at Wates Group. The opportunity is to join our Advanced Manufacturing Construction team on a national basis with a hub based in our Sunderland office. Leading the pre-construction strategy, you will shape and grow the function with support from the leadership team, drive the Pre-Construction Transformation Programme from pre-bid through to conversion, and align with the business plan to meet sales budgets. You will also support business development to ensure future pipeline and participate in external networking.This role is pivotal to the success of the business unit and involves building excellent relationships, managing stakeholders, and delivering high-quality bids and presentations to win work.Role details
