Our legacy is built on leading internal fit out projects, but our future is driven by our people.Who Are We Looking ForWe are looking for a highly motivated Pre-Construction Coordinator to provide organised and reliable support across our pre-construction function, including qualification of incoming quotations, estimating support, document control, and opportunity tracking / chasing. The Pre-Construction Coordinator will provide a smooth handover from sales / bids to design and operations.The role will involve:Monitoring portals and tracking new tender opportunitiesQualifying tender documents and liaise with clients for missing information where requiredCoordinate communication between departmentsCRM project creation and managementMaintain and track project progress throughout the tender processCompleting bid application documents from an administrative perspectiveMaintaining tender folders, trackers, templates and submission recordsSupporting document control during the pre-construction stageProviding administrative support to the Bid and Estimating teamsAssisting Estimators with enquiries, document issue and information trackingManaging diaries, meetings, reminders and key submission deadlinesWhat Are We Looking For: Strong ..... full job details .....
