The Team Leader will ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and to specification while supporting production targets, quality standards, and workforce development initiatives. - JOB RELATED TASKS: -Ensure all operate safely and challenge none-safe actions and behaviours Direct leadership of production operatives. Responsible for daily shift performance and productivity. Supports achievement of production and quality targets. Complete pre-cast bed checks against the planned cast sheets and sign off ready for production.
