Pre Cast Concrete Grouter

Location: Exeter, Devon Job Type: Contract / Freelance Project: Major Construction Project Start Date: Immediate We are currently recruiting experienced Precast Concrete Grouters for a large-scale construction project in Exeter, Devon. The successful candidates will have previous experience carrying out grouting works associated with precast concrete installation, ensuring structural connections, joints and bearing areas are completed to the required specification. Duties and Responsibilities: Carrying out grouting works to precast concrete joints, connections and bearing areas. Preparing surfaces and joints prior to grouting. Mixing and applying specialist cementitious and non-shrink grouting materials. Filling joints, pockets, sleeves and connections in accordance with project specifications. Ensuring grouting works are completed to the required quality standards. Working closely with precast installation teams and site supervisors. Maintaining safe and clean working areas. Requirements: Valid CSCS card. Previous experience in precast concrete grouting or specialist structural grouting. Knowledge of cementitious grouts and associated application techniques. Ability to follow technical specifications and method statements. Experience on major construction or civil engineering projects advantageous. Strong attention to detail and site safety.
