Help Shape and Support a National Prayer Ministry Do you have a passion for prayer, a heart for people, and a desire to see volunteers flourish in their calling? UCB is seeking a dedicated and spiritually mature Prayerline Volunteer Recruitment and Training Lead to lead the recruitment, training, support and ongoing development of our Prayerline volunteers across the UK. This full-time staff role is a unique opportunity to play a key part in a ministry that brings hope, encouragement and prayer support to thousands of people. Working closely with the Prayerline team, you will ensure volunteers are suitably equipped, supported and encouraged as they serve others through prayer. As Prayerline Volunteer Recruitment and Training Lead, you will oversee the formative stages of the volunteer journey, from recruitment and onboarding through to training and retention. You will participate in building strong relationships with our volunteers, ensuring they feel valued, connected and equipped for ministry. You will also lead a small administrative team responsible for day to day operational responsibilities and duties.
