This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled nurse looking to work in a dynamic primary care setting on a flexible locum basis. Key Responsibilities: Providing routine nursing care to patients including wound care, immunisations, travel vaccines, cervical cytology (smears), and health screenings. Chronic disease management (e.g. asthma, diabetes, hypertension). Assisting in the management of long-term conditions in collaboration with GPs. Maintaining accurate patient records using clinical systems (e.g., EMIS, SystmOne, or Vision). Promoting health education and disease prevention. Requirements: Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN. Previous experience working as a Practice Nurse in a GP surgery or primary care setting. Competent in all standard treatment room duties and chronic disease management.
