As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to the development of nursing services while implementing local standards, guidelines, and care pathways.Responsibilities

Manage a diverse clinical caseload within a primary care setting as an independent and proactive practitioner.Meet all NMC requirements and work within the NMC Code of Conduct, following agreed practice standards and protocols.Strive for excellence in patient care by managing Chronic Disease; familiarity with The Quality and Outcomes Framework and LES/DES is requested as part of this role.Support and contribute to the development of nursing services and participate in the implementation of local standards, guidelines, and care pathways.Qualifications and Requirements

Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).Ability to work within established practice standards and protocols.Experience or interest in chronic disease management and quality improvement frameworks is desirable.About Fishponds Family Practice
