Practice Nurse

Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join a friendly and well-established GP Practice in Folkestone CT18 on a permanent basis. The Role: As a Practice Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting the GP team and delivering high-quality patient care within a primary care setting. You will be responsible for a range of nursing duties and clinics to support the ongoing health and wellbeing of patients. Key Responsibilities: Delivering routine nursing care within a GP Practice setting Respiratory Chronic Disease Management Running chronic disease management clinics (e.g., asthma, diabetes, COPD) Administering immunisations and vaccinations Cervical screening (smears) Wound care and dressings Health promotion and patient education Maintaining accurate patient records and adhering to clinical protocols Requirements: Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration Minimum 1 years experience working within a Primary Care / GP Practice setting Experience with Respiratory Chronic Disease Management Experience with chronic disease management such as COPD and routine practice nurse duties Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team If you are an experienced Practice Nurse looking for a new role we would love to hear from you. ..... full job details .....
