Part-time, flexible working.We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated Nurse with General Practice experience to join our team. You will be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration and will work within the NMC code of conduct at all times.Roles and Responsibilities

Immunisation, cytology, contraception, wound care, injectionsDiabetes, asthma and COPD management; hypertension, heart disease, dementia annual reviewsTravel vaccinationsWork to enhance long-term conditions management within the practice, delivering excellent care to patientsPromote continuing professional development of yourself and other nurses in the team; contribute to developing the nursing team and future servicesQualifications
