Background Menlo Park are working with a very highly regarded and genuinely forward thinking GP surgery, looking to add a Practice Nurse to their close-knit nursing team. The role is permanent for 25-30 hours per week ideally and they are ideally seeking a Practice Nurse with Long Term Conditions experience, preferably Respiratory but open to Diabetes as well. You will be part of a small nursing team but part of a wider MDT.
