About YouYou are a UK registered Practice Nurse with significant post-registration experience. You have expertise in cervical cytology and baby immunisations, and a strong understanding of the Quality Outcomes Framework. You are passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting patients with complex needs. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring compliance is maintained.Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.Provide care for presenting patients, including treatment, chronic disease management, and evaluation of care.Deliver health education and health promotion advice on ..... full job details .....
