Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care within a GP Practice setting Undertake chronic disease management clinics, including Diabetes, Asthma, COPD, and Hypertension Administer vaccinations, immunisations, and injectable medications Perform cervical cytology and support family planning and contraception services Provide wound care, dressings, and post-operative care Support minor surgery clinics alongside GPs Undertake patient assessments, triage, and follow-up care Promote health education, lifestyle advice, and disease prevention Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary primary care team Contribute to quality improvement and service development initiatives What We''re Looking ForEssential Registered Nurse with current NMC registration Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong clinical ..... full job details .....
