Practice Nurse - Part Time (12-15 hours per week)

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, close-knit team working 12-15 hours per week with flexibility to support work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of long-term conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes)
- Immunisations (childhood & routine) and cervical cytology
- Wound care, dressings, and ECGs
- Assisting GPs with minor surgery and women''s health procedures
- Maintaining accurate clinical records on EMIS Web
- Supporting vaccine management and infection prevention

What We''re Looking For
- Essential: Registered Nurse (NMC) with 2+ years'' post-registration experience, primary care/practice nursing background, and skills in LTC management, immunisations, and cytology.
- Desirable: Experience in multi-skilled chronic disease management, minor illness diagnosis, and service development.
