As Practice Manager, you’ll have a variety of responsibilities, and the results will benefit every colleague and every patient. From clinical and compliance accuracy to inspiring colleagues to train and develop their skills. From marketing that better connects your practice to your community to specialising in performance plans that expand our private offering.
This is a role that needs inspiring leadership and warm motivational skills. You’ll be highly organised; you’ll inspire others around you, and you’ll bring creative ideas to support the growth of your practice and the development of every colleague. You’ll be a motivator; you’ll have great people skills and you’ll be seen as the expert and leader in all aspects of quality dentistry.
The Role
Line management responsibility for the practice teamSupporting the clinical team to deliver their NHS and Private objectives.Profit and Loss management - managing costs effectively and identifying opportunities for business growthReviewing business reports to ensure the efficient and profitable running of your practiceSupervising all banking procedures, including deposits, payments, reconciliation and debt management.Keep all practice documentation up to date including policies, procedures and handbooksEnsure practice compliance with all Health and Safety requirements
Skills And Experience
Dental Practice Management experienceStrong leadership skillsPrior experience of being responsible for business performance, working to KPI’s and targets, and managing Profit and LossStaff management experience, including appraisals and performance managementBring strong level of enthusiasm and motivation to play a key role in growing the practiceHold CQC registration as a Practice Manager or willingness and commitment to complete necessary requirements (including DBS check) to obtain registration
