Practice Manager

Job Title: Practice Manager Salary: £90,000 Location: Central London Our client, a highly regarded boutique law firm, is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient running of the practice. This pivotal role encompasses responsibility for HR, accounts, compliance, IT and facilities, working closely with the partners to ensure the firm continues to operate to the highest standards. The successful candidate will take a hands-on approach to managing day-to-day operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting financial processes and budgeting, liaising with external providers, and ensuring the firm''s systems and working environment remain effective and well organised. The ideal individual will bring proven experience from a law firm along with strong leadership skills and the confidence to motivate, guide and support colleagues at all levels. You will be someone who can communicate clearly, solve problems calmly and proactively, and foster a positive, collaborative culture across the firm. It is imperative that you have a strong understanding of SRA compliance and LEXCEL compliance.
