This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, leading from the front and creating an environment where both the team and the practice can perform at their best. The current Practice Manager is progressing internally, so you''ll be stepping into an established practice with a close-knit team, low staff turnover and a genuinely enjoyable working environment. The Opportunity This is a busy three-test-room practice with a team of approximately 10-11 people, including Optometrists, a Pre-Reg, Dispensing Opticians and Optical Assistants. They are looking for an experienced manager who can take ownership of the day-to-day running of the practice while continuing to develop the team, maintain high standards and drive commercial performance. You do not need to be a qualified Dispensing Optician to be considered. They are equally happy to consider a strong retail optical manager with the right level of experience.
