Your Mission:
You''ll foster and deepen relationships with partner clinicians and clinics, ensuring they get maximum value from our revolutionary mPrescribe app. Beyond maintaining relationships, you''ll identify growth opportunities, solve problems, and be the voice of our clients across the organisation.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Nurture client relationships through strategic engagement that converts to expanded usageOwn the client experience from sales handover through their entire journey with usExecute our Account Management strategy with a focus on achieving growth targetsResolve commercial and operational issues, working closely with our dispensary teamPresent and pitch our e-prescribing solutions to maximise adoptionCollaborate with marketing to ensure materials resonate with clinical practitionersGather and channel client feedback to drive product improvementsRepresent Pharmacierge at industry conferences and client events
About You:
Proven experience in account management, client relationships, or customer successSelf-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment with changing prioritiesConfident communicator across phone, digital, and in-person interactionsExcellent presentation skills with the ability to explain technical solutions clearlyExperience using CRM software to manage client relationshipsHealthcare sector experience is a plus but not required
