Practice Improvement Lead

This is a unique opportunity to lead meaningful change, shape service delivery, and ensure people receive high-quality, person-centred support that enables them to thrive within their communities. Candidates will need to work flexibly across our Midpoint and The Stewarts services in Hertfordshire and well as other localities as and when required. This is a fixed-term role for 9 months. About the Role As Practice Improvement Lead, you will provide visible and hands-on leadership across two services, supporting the continued development of Midpoint while leading the successful mobilisation and establishment of The Stewarts service. Working closely with operational teams, commissioners, local partners, and colleagues across Turning Point, you''ll drive service improvement, embed best practice, and ensure both services are fully aligned with our values, quality standards, and commitment to outstanding care.
