Practice Clinical Pharmacist

We arelooking for an enthusiastic, committed and experienced practice clinicalpharmacist to join our clinical team and work with us in a friendly,well-established practice. The practice is flexible with working hours and bothfull time and part time applicants are welcome to apply.The postholder will be a registered pharmacist with significant clinical and qualityimprovement experience and ideally an independent prescriber. The practice islooking for an individual who is committed to delivering a high standard ofcare to patients and is passionate about clinical pharmacy. The candidate mustbe able to work effectively as part of a diverse practice team. Although priorexperience in General Practice is highly desirable, pharmacists from othersectors will be considered for the position.PreviousNHS general practice clinical pharmacy experience is highly desirable. Goodworking knowledge and proficiency with all Microsoft Office applicationsessential.
