The practice advises a broad portfolio of owner-managed businesses, limited companies, sole traders and self-employed individuals, taking considerable pride in delivering a personal service of the highest standard. Owing to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an accountant with at least five years'' UK practice experience who is capable of assuming responsibility from the outset. Whether your strengths lie principally in bookkeeping, accounts preparation, taxation, or a combination thereof, you will be joining a firm where professionalism, integrity and lasting client relationships remain at the heart of everything they do. The Role Responsibilities are likely to include: Preparing annual statutory accounts for a varied portfolio of limited companies and sole traders. Managing bookkeeping assignments and ensuring accurate financial records are maintained. Preparing and submitting Self Assessment Tax Returns. Preparing Corporation Tax computations and returns. Providing advice and support to self-employed clients and owner-managed businesses. Assisting clients with Capital Gains Tax and CIS-related matters where appropriate. ..... full job details .....
