Practice Accountant

Pertemps Swindon are recruiting for an experienced Practice Accountant to join our accountancy client in Cricklade, SN6.Monday to Friday (Apply online only)Temporary position to support the Managing Director within a busy bookkeeping and accountancy practice. The successful candidate will assist with the preparation of both management accounts and draft year-end accounts for a variety of clients.About the experienced Practice Accountant job Preparing management accounts for a portfolio of clients.Assisting with the preparation of draft year-end accounts.Reviewing bookkeeping records and ensuring accuracy.Reconciling bank accounts, control accounts, and ledgers.Investigating and resolving accounting discrepancies.Supporting the Managing Director with ad hoc accounting tasks The right experienced Practice AccountantStrong bookkeeping and accounting knowledge.Experience preparing management accounts and draft statutory accounts.Proficiency with accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, XeroExcellent attention to detail and organisational skills.Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.Strong communication skillsIf you would like to speak to us about this great opportunity, please click apply or contact Nigel or Aleks in the Pertemps Swindon office. ..... full job details .....
