No learner sourcing required; we provide all learners for you.Why join us?Competitive salary + bonus opportunityFull training and support for unqualified candidatesNo learner sourcing requiredNo sign-up documentation required to complete; focus on coaching and assessingWho we’re looking forAt t2 group, Health and Social Care Assessors are referred to as Personal Development Managers, guiding learners through the entire learning journey with expert teaching, coaching and development support to help them succeed.We have opportunities for Qualified Health and Social Care Practical Skills Personal Development Managers (Assessors):Level 3 – £27,000 + bonus opportunity + salary uplift depending on location to around £29KLevel 5 – £30,000 + bonus opportunity + salary uplift depending on location to around £32,500Role PurposeSupport an allocation of Apprenticeship learners to achieve Health and Social Care qualifications. Conduct progressive in-person visits to complete pre-planned observations using a holistic approach. Support with other in-person interventions (e.g., mock Situational Judgement Tests, pre-planned Professional Discussions, invigilation of Functional Skills exams) and gather evidence to support learner progression. Manage your own diary to achieve KPIs.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with learners and employers to plan practical assessments in line with apprenticeship standardsProvide clear feedback on knowledge, skills and behaviours as defined in apprenticeship standardsAdhere to Ofsted requirements and best practice for teaching, learning and assessmentVisit an average of 3 learners per day face-to-faceManage learner observations to ensure completion within funded programme end datesCarry out observations of learner practice in the workplaceSupport learners to achieve maths and English functional skillsSupport learners to successfully pass End Point AssessmentAdhere to external Awarding Organisation standards and internal quality processesSubmit learner evidence in a timely manner to show progressionComplete and submit administration accurately and within timescalesCommit to continuing professional development and share best practiceFoster collaboration across teams; promote learner health and wellbeing; report safeguarding concerns as neededSkills and Experience RequiredPassion for education, standards and qualityExcellent time management, planning and organisation, including travelAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAssertiveness and objection handlingProfessional and approachable mannerEffective communication skills at all levelsIT literate; competent in literacy and numeracyRelevant qualification (D32/D33, A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent)Health and Social Care qualification to a level reflecting occupational competency (ideally)Minimum of 2 years experience in Health and Social CareBenefits Of Working With T2 GroupMileage and overnight stay costs coveredLaptop and mobile phone provided25 days annual leave + bank holidays (increasing with length of service)Christmas and New Year shutdownPension schemeSpecsavers scheme; NUS Discount Card eligibility£500 employee referral bonusEnhanced sick pay and maternity reward vouchersEmployee wellbeing and assistance programmeAdditional RequirementsOwn transport, broadband, and business-use car insurance (business mileage and expenses covered)Enhanced DBS check and referencesCommitment to safeguarding and safe environment for learners and employeesApply today and join t2 ..... full job details .....
