This is a fantastic chance to support your studies by working in a hands-on, real-world teaching environment. You will be able to gain experience across different subjects, year groups, and school settings, all while maintaining the flexibility to fit work around your PGCE timetable.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting teachers with lesson preparation, classroom management, and student engagement.
Leading small groups or one-to-one interventions to support students'' learning.
Covering lessons for absent teachers under the supervision of experienced staff.
Providing support to students with different learning needs, ensuring inclusion.
Observing and learning from experienced teachers, taking part in CPD (Continued Professional Development) sessions to enhance your teaching practice.
What We''re Looking For:
Trainee Teachers with PGCE or Equivalent: You must be currently enrolled in a PGCE course or equivalent teacher training program.
Enthusiasm for Teaching: A passion for education and working with young people is essential.
Adaptability: Flexibility to work across different schools and subjects, gaining a broad range of experience.
