This is a hands-on role where you will support the Head of Finance in rebuilding and improving the finance function. You will take ownership of management accounts, month-end processes, and reporting improvements while working closely with operational teams.Key ResponsibilitiesJournals, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliationsPreparation of monthly management accounts within a 5-7 day close cycleSupporting finance operations (AP, AR, credit control)Improving reporting processes and financial controlsWorking within COINS construction accounting softwareSupporting budgeting, forecasting, and commercial reportingDriving improvements in Excel-based financial modelsWhat We''re Looking ForPart-qualified accountant or equivalent experience1-2 years+ experience in management accountingStrong Excel capabilityExperience in construction, housebuilding, or infrastructure finance (highly desirable)COINS system experience (essential or highly preferred)Strong understanding of month-end ..... full job details .....
