Part-Qualified Accountant - Central London £competitive Hybrid 2 days in the office An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part-Qualified Accountant to join the European Finance team of a well-known, fast-growing consumer business with an international footprint and a portfolio of much-loved household brands. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious accountant who would like to build their career within a sophisticated Group Finance environment, gaining broad exposure across financial control, reporting and accounting while working alongside an experienced team. You''ll join a collaborative Finance function supporting several Financial Controllers and the Head of Group Finance, giving you the opportunity to learn from experienced finance professionals and develop a broad understanding of how a complex international consumer business operates. The role Working as part of the team, you''ll support the Financial Controllers and wider finance function across a variety of accounting and reporting activities. Your responsibilities will include and you will be supported to grow into this role: Supporting the Financial Controllers with month-end and year-end accounting. Preparing journals, accruals, prepayments and other accounting adjustments. Supporting balance sheet reconciliations and investigating variances. Assisting with financial reporting and analysis.
