About the Role
Pertemps Cirencester Crewe is seeking a PPT Driver for night shifts in Crewe, CW1. This full-time, temporary role operates on a 4 on/4 off pattern, 10:00pm to 10:00am, paying £14.09 to £21.14 per hour PAYE. Based in a chilled warehouse (1°C–4°C), duties include operating a PPT, moving stock, loading/unloading goods, and general warehouse tasks while following health & safety procedures. PPT experience is desirable but not essential. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, a good attitude, and the ability to work night shifts and weekends. Warm workwear is advised for the low-temperature environment.
Night Shift PPT Driver (4 On / 4 Off)
Pertemps are looking for a reliable and hardworking PPT Driver to join their client’s team on a permanent night shift basis in the Crewe area.
This role is based in a chilled warehouse, with temperatures maintained between 1°C and 4°C, so suitable warm workwear is recommended.

💷 Pay: £14.09ph - £21.14ph PAYE
Duties for the Night Shift PPT Driver:
- Operating a PPT (experience desirable but not essential)
- Moving stock safely around the warehouse
- Loading and unloading goods
- General warehouse duties as required
- Following health & safety procedures
What We’re Looking for in the Night Shift PPT Driver:
- Good attitude and reliability
- Ability to work night shifts/weekends
- Team player with good communication skills
- PPT experience is beneficial but not essential — full training can be provided
- Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment (temperatures between 1°C and 4°C)
