We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative / PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) Driver to support daily warehouse operations. The role involves operating PPT equipment, manual handling of goods, and ensuring stock is handled safely, accurately, and efficiently in line with company procedures. Key Responsibilities Operate Powered Pallet Trucks (PPT) safely and in accordance with training and site rules Pick, move, load, and unload goods within the warehouse Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling stock Accurately pick and prepare orders for dispatch Receive, check, and put away incoming stock Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment Follow health and safety procedures at all times Report damaged goods, equipment faults, or safety concerns to a supervisor Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity targets Manual Handling Requirements Regular lifting and moving of goods, sometimes up to specified weight limits Use correct manual handling techniques and mechanical aids where provided Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Skills and Experience Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential PPT licence or experience desirable (training may be provided) Good attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic understanding of health and safety practices Personal Attributes Reliable and ..... full job details .....
