This is an office-based position, overseeing the day-to-day delivery and coordination of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) works within a social housing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team to ensure planned maintenance works are scheduled, coordinated and completed efficiently, while maintaining a high level of customer service and meeting contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team responsible for the coordination and delivery of PPM works. Oversee the scheduling and allocation of planned maintenance jobs. Monitor workloads, productivity and team performance to ensure targets are achieved. Ensure works are progressing within agreed timescales and contractual requirements.
