Job Title: Foot Mobile PPM Maintenance Engineer

Location: London (Zone 1 & 2) - Commercial Office Portfolio

Salary: -36,500 - -46,000 (dependent on experience) + Zone 1 & 2 Travel Card/Allowances

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented PPM Maintenance Engineer to join our fast-paced Operations team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on professional with a strong foundation in facilities maintenance who is eager to upscale their skills in safety, compliance, and multi-site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Execute weekly PPM tasks across our commercial estate to ensure full site compliance.

  • Data & Asset Tracking: Log, track, and update maintenance progress using internal digital tools and templates.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior Maintenance Specialists to ensure accurate asset capture and robust data logging.

  • Continuous Improvement: Support proactive maintenance strategies and identify ways to improve our compliance tracking.

  • Compliance & Logistics: Lead and assist with critical compliance initiatives, including PAT testing, fire extinguisher servicing, and specialist electrical compliance works.

Requirements

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.

  • City & Guilds PAT Testing qualification.

  • Fire Warden or Fire Extinguisher servicing experience.
