We’re looking for a hands-on Google and Microsoft PPC superstar to join our growing agency. This role is a brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual ready to take on new challenges, manage a roster of ecommerce clients across different verticals, expand their PPC skillset, and gain insightful exposure into the complementary realms of Paid Social and Paid Amazon Advertising.As a PPC Manager, you will work in a team of three under the tutelage of an experienced Head of Performance. You will assist in planning and executing marketing strategies for a broad range of clients. You will also help manage our larger accounts. This account management will include helping with day-to-day PPC optimisations, monitoring of KPIs, forecasting and weekly / monthly reporting. While your role will focus on client account management and relationship building, you will also assist with expanding the team by mentoring and helping new Search Executives, and grow our client base by assisting with new client proposals and pitches.Responsibilities

Creating, developing and implementing effective paid media strategies across a number of search platforms (Google AdWords, Bing)Experience in managing multiple advertising accounts simultaneously, ideally in an agency settingKeyword and audience researchProducing and A/B testing engaging ad copyBudget management and campaign optimisationAccount and structure set up and campaign targetingCampaign optimisations (including bid adjustments, A/B testing, Search Query Reports, audiences, and other optimisation elements)Shopping campaign management, including working with product feeds.Monitor and evaluate account performance and provide recommendations based on objectivesCampaign reportingRequirements

4+ years experience with Google Shopping, Search Ads, Microsoft Ads and YouTubeA history of working across a portfolio of ecommerce clientsStrong Analytical skillsGoogle AdWords certifiedWorking knowledge of Google AnalyticsProficiency using Excel, Google Sheets and Reporting softwareHigh levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivationExperience with face-to-face client meetingsDesirable – Experience with forecasting and setting client KPIsDesirable – experience with Programmatic Display AdvertisingBenefits
